Your rights
Right of access
Ask for a copy of the data we hold on you.
Right to rectification
Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
Right to erasure
Ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
Right to restriction
Ask us to pause processing while we investigate something.
Right to portability
Ask for a machine-readable export of your data.
Right to object
Object to specific processing (e.g. analytics).
How to file a request
Email privacy@poleclub.co.uk with the subject line “Data subject request”. Tell us which right you’re exercising and the email address attached to your Pole Club account.
We’ll acknowledge within 72 hours and respond in full within 30 days. For deletion requests we’ll confirm by email when your data is gone.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at any time — ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
