Terms of service
The rules of the road. By using Pole Club you agree to these terms.
Last updated 23 May 2026
Pole Club is operated by The Hawke Group Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales (registered office: [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS — founder to insert]). These terms govern your use of poleclub.co.uk and all related services.
Using Pole Club
You may use Pole Club to find and review pole studios, to subscribe to the Pole Club Foundation Course, and to claim and manage a studio listing. You agree not to scrape the site, mass-download listings, or use Pole Club content to train commercial AI models without our written consent.
Reviews
You can leave a review only after you’ve attended a class. Reviews must be honest, your own work, and not defamatory. We may remove reviews that violate this policy.
Studio plans
Studio plans (Free, Standard £29.99/mo, Premium £49.99/mo) are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
We don’t take a commission on bookings — your booking system is yours.
Foundation Course
The Pole Club Foundation Course is a monthly £4.99 subscription (cancel any time). Under the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations you usually have a 14-day cooling-off period, but that ends once you start consuming the digital content. We offer a 7-day refund window if you haven’t watched more than one full lesson — request a refund at hello@poleclub.co.uk and we’ll process it within 14 days.
Community posts + photo uploads
When you post in the community or upload a photo or video, you grant Pole Club a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display it on poleclub.co.uk and in related social posts that credit you. You retain copyright. You can delete a post at any time which terminates the licence.
Don’t upload anything you don’t have the right to share. Don’t upload anyone else without their consent. We remove posts that violate this on report.
Children
Pole Club is for adults. You must be 16 or older to create an account, and 18 or older to subscribe to the Foundation Course. We may suspend any account where this isn’t the case.
Liability
Pole is a physical activity with real risks. You take part at your own risk and on the studio’s terms. Pole Club is a directory — we don’t run the classes. We exclude liability to the maximum extent permitted by law for any loss or injury arising from your participation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of England and Wales.
